Oh, where's my iron at?

So as y'all know, my iron is apparently low enough where even the hematologist was like...that's low. So I got my first iron infusion and lemme just tell you. I will never do that again! My body hurt soooooo bad afterwards (flu-like body aches are normal, essentially I'm low-key overdosing on iron that's why I was in pain). And my feet swelled soon after. I was in so much pain that I tool a codeine just to help me sleep, and even with that I kept waking up in pain writhing. It was a truly regrettable choice I made. I say this to say, eat an iron rich diet. Don't end up like me, achy and in pain. But the pain was so miserable that I woke up the next feeling so happy and renewed, it was like I was living life on cloud nine yesterday. Nothing really upset me, it was all just immaculate vibes. With that appointment though, it leaves me with just an eye doctor appointment and one last meeting with the hematologist (I'm also going to keep taking my iron pills, so that I can more than the minimum amount of iron in my body that's healthy, my goal is to have my levels at 13 which would be an ultimate record for me).
Also, I spoke with Claire, Clara, Rachel, Erin, and May! It really bought my spirits up and made me realize that I'm fortunate enough to have so many awesome friends, and that one day we will be together like the good ole days (cough, cough*reunion*cough, cough). And I guess I'll post some pics of my week with Claire just from a different perspective 🥲.

Claire tried her first fried Oreo and liked it, so one win for unhealthy American snacks

Before and After, along with a random bat mobile in the parking lot
I swear this temple is so randomly situated...it's literally right off a major state route, and it doesn't really have any signs. You're just kind of driving and then hit with this random marble majestic temple lol
