I have to wake up early tomorrow morning and I haven't written anything but I'm no quitter so I'm just gonna write something short and sweet for today. It's been just kinda a bleh mood ya know? That's why I made that the title for this post if you couldn't tell. but despite it all still trying to live laugh love <3
On one positive note, I haven't been late yet to work since coming back from the break *knock on wood*. I was late in the past because of the train times and I kept on taking this delayed train. Funny enough they seem to have removed that train time altogether but I found another one that seems more reliable *knock and wood*. Otherwise the solution was me getting at the train station really early (like 7:30am) when the classes I have to go to are at 9am. Anyways just some logistical nonsense. My stream of consciousness.
I finished the newest season of Cheer. I was more into the first season but I thought this one was still good and totally different than the first one since this one was pretty much about everything that went down since Covid started spreading. I also finished this ballet academy series called Tiny Pretty Things. It's sort of mystery/drama/suspense in the ~elite~ ballet school setting. I noticed there are a lot of teen shows set in fancy boarding schools. Like on Netflix I feel like there's a show with that premise in so many different languages and countries. Tried and true I guess. Otherwise H* and I are on the final season of Gossip Girl. I'm very impressed personally with us because there are 6 seasons and each season has a lot of episodes and usually I just don't make it through those kinds of shows even if I'm really into it at the beginning.
Anyways, otherwise I've just been doing my normal stuff. I finished a new crochet bag just now! That's also why I was procrastinating posting, because I was wanting to finish aforementioned bag before going to sleep. I would put a picture but I'm too lazy so I'll try and put one in the future. Next I want to make these flower shape coasters I saw a video for.
Book of the week: Bridget Jones's Diary (1996): This one is really light reading so I already finished it the other day. As the title would suggest, it's written in diary form and I found it pretty funny. I remember my mom had this book and I read it secretly when I was really young and thought it was so scandalous. It's interesting to reread all these years later as an older-but-still-young 22-year-old. I learned a lot of British slang from it which is handy in some ways. There's a movie with Renee Zellweger that I've heard is funny so I'll watch that soon as well. I know her how because of Chicago XD
I love Chicago with Renee Zellweger
Show us the bag! Show us the bag!! Anyway, I’m impressed that you are almost done with gossip girl: what did you think of it? I’m impressed how you wake up so early in the morning, I don’t think I could ever wake up that early everyday and function well so cheers to you dude!!!
I'm proud of your commitment lol, i thought you were going to get a demerit, any who I'm excited to see the bag, I like crocheted stuff I just don't have the dexterity for it, but I'm impressed by anyone who does it!
