(T)hank(G)oodness(I)t's(T)uesday

The start of Thanksgiving break is today! I am so happy to not be in the groove of school for a little bit: I can wake up when I want to, I can sleep when I want to, I can watch whatever I want whenever I want, I can do work when I feel like it, and I don’t have to go to work! I am so excited. However, I still intend on doing work (I don’t want to be overwhelmed after break ends) but the simple fact that I don’t have to go to class is good enough. All my classes have felt like a waste of time this semester, usually I find class to be very helpful and I am generally engaged but literally all my classes this semester are pretty crappy. The profs just reiterate what you read just in a more complicated way. If I could just go to office hours and TA hours/tutoring, I would be all set tbh. I would have more time to finish my assignments and sleep and relax. But unfortunately I am too scared that I will have bad luck and the one class that I miss out on that some valuable information will be taught.

Anyway, my week has been pretty good. I finally went to the red room with Emma and Anna and it was cool. I liked it a lot. The ambiance was very calming.

Then on Wednesday, me and Claire were not having a good time in physics. We were dead/burnt out and couldn’t even do the basics to solve a problem. We wound up taking an hour to do just one problem T-T

On Thursday, I went to cell bio lab and a few students and I showed our lab instructor TikTok videos and he really liked it. He thought it was funny and laughed out loud at a few of them which was surprising as he’s usually stone-faced. Later he took my blood and we found out that I am indeed AB+ (though another instructor who is pretty eccentric/ lowkey crazy told me that I was B+ (but I was the deciding vote and I felt as though my blood was precipitating in both solutions so I say I am AB+)). So you all can charitiably give your blood to me as I am a universal receiver but don’t look to me to give blood because my blood is specific to only AB blood types :’) Also, I saw my blood under the SEM and it was pretty cool, I was proud by how beautiful they were.

I have the same blood type as Sasuke thus I am Sasuke, periodt

So the donut looking cells are my red blood cell and the ones that have "threads" coming off of it are my white blood cells. When I took the picture, my cells were forming a scab :D

Then on Friday I went to a Vibe performance and immediately went to a dance performance. They both were lovely performances: I am proud of my friends as well as am thoroughly impressed by how talented they are :) But yeah that’s it, I hope you all are having a good week and I hope you guys get a chance to catch your breath before you begin the final leg of the semester!
