Oh Bloody Jesus

Soooooo I had a lot a points I wanted to talk about for this post but that all went out the window when these randos came to my house.

So as you guys know, I live on a dirt road so the occassional rando is usually from a lost person and or a friend of a neighbor. So when these 2 men came from out the woods (they didn't think I noticed them but they were lurking in the woods and only after I stopped talking (I was talking to my niece on the porch at the time) and started staring in their general direction, did they decide to come out). They were wearing all black and were wearing ski masks and started asking me questions about some dude that owed them money. They kept saying they saw some light-skin dude come out of my house and that I was covering up cuz for him cuz they saw him come out of my house a few days ago (mind you the only man that lives in my house is old and not at all light skin). Then they started threatening me that if I was covering they were gonna get me and that if I knew anything, I should say something now. So then I tried to reverse uno them and told them a few days someone pounded on our door (Erin if you remember when you were on the call with me) and that we were looking for them and actually needed some identification on this person and asked them to repeat their name and to tell me their last name and that if they stayed right there we could get it handled with the cops. That's when they started getting all sketched and was like "Nahhh no need for that, but you promise on God you know no one by [whatever name they kept saying]". And I promised them and even said I would cross my heart do the scouts honor the whole shabang if they wanted me to and they were like okie and then went into their car up the road and sped off. I wasn't scared in the moment, as much as I was staying attentive to their every action to make sure they didn't grab anything from their pockets or had other peeps around to make sure at least that my niece who was with me at the time was safe. But after they left, my hand started shaking and I was like dang I must've been scared.

So yeah, that's been on my mind today. And the annoying part is that these dudes are harasssing everyone on my dirt road. Apparently, they robbed my neighbor's car, been trailing neighbors as they walk the path, and just generally being menaces-- they even came after Aboni early that day too when she was cleaning the car... Howver, I am hopeful that things will blow over and the dudes will realized they suck at being hitmen and will move on kind of like how everything blew over when someone got murdered near our house because of some drug deal gone wrong even the suspects were never caught :"))))

(also as an aside, we called the cops and guess who never showed up 👀?? Don't you just love the men in blue, they are really putting their whole polussy into their job to make sure everyone is safe 🤪 (also they got mad because we wouldn't give racial description of them even tho it is literally useless in this situation (they were black but so is literally everyone down my road except for one Mexican family))
