Nothing really exciting has happened lately. I have fallen back into the routine of being back home: my mom works most days so I spend most of my days with my friends eating out or walking the mall or driving aimlessly around town trying to find something to do. It's not to say that I’m bored or not having fun, it’s just the mundanity that's getting to me.
Anyway, my friends decided to go to another state park in Georgia called Sweetwater. The park is southwest of Atlanta and follows a creek. It also has a piece of history within it from the civil war. Apparently during Sherman’s march to the sea, he tried to destroy this mill but it wasn’t quite destroyed and still stands today.
Oh yeah, I am looking into buying a new laptop. I want something that is light, has a good camera, has plenty of storage, and has a long-lasting battery. I found two good candidates, and I am hoping to buy one by the end of the week!
Lastly, I was talking to Emma and quoted something to her that she thought was pretty cute and deep so I thought I would share it with you guys as well:
I still think this is cute :)
I hate that you're quoting an anime lol
that's so nice that you're going to so many of the outdoor gems of georgia!! I did a bit of that with Stephanie last summer and it made me appreciate more what texas has to offer :-) I think I underestimate the us in general when it comes to all the parks and stuff we have..... and that cartoon/quote is very cute :0)))
