Ginger and Whiskey

Soooooo life at home as been abysmal to say the least, but I am grateful to have friends and family support me through it :'))). My older sisters have been great listeners as I vent to them and have been offering me advice and alternatives if I really need it, my buds have been more intentional in making sure I feel loved/getting the excessive attention I need 🤪, and my "Cousin" (she's my mom's childhood neighbor's granddaughter) even gave me a lace front wig so I could feel better-- you know the whole "if you look good, you'll feel good" kind of things and I discovered: 1) once again my friends and fam are waaaaaaaaaay better than I deserve and 2) I like ginger hair on me! And thanks to these realization, it has really kept me from wanting to end things, because even though I may be unfortunate in some ways I am definitely fortunate in a lot of other ways 🥲.

Anyways, not much has been going on with me outside of seeing friends, doing paperwork, and going to work. As usual I leave my pics from this week and I hope you all are doing well and are preparing your heart, soul, and stomach for a wonderful Thanksgiving! TTYL <3

[I never really explored, explored Georgia Tech before, so Sebastian took me with him and he gave me a ✨little day in the life of a GaTech student✨ and showed me around campus (it was really interesting to go to his classes and see how different a tech school is from a liberal arts school both in terms of school atmosphere/culture and teaching approaches). 1) The gay steps, 2) a random memorial statue of Rosa Park 3) a rooftop of one of their libraries 4) his bf got me a free coffee from his cafe job on campus 4) I got a pic in front of the admin building, 5&6) the views from Sebastian's bf's dorm window]

[Had a little din, din at that omurice place I took my mom to but tried some of their apps and their ramen this time. The okonomiyaki wasn't okonomiyaki which was a bit sad cuz I really those things and the ramen was good but didn't compare to Umaido 💁🏾‍♀️. I give it a solid 6.8/10 for overall experience, I think imma stick with getting omurice from here on out]

Sebastian visited my job to do homework-- isn't he giving the "Then Perish" look

[I discovered this song called "Kiss me Goodbyee" by this random Japanese band Buck Tick (literally solely played this song for a whole day). And I was like "hmmmmm I really like this song I should watch the band perform it" and that's when I saw the beautiful man, Atsushi Sakurai, behind the singing and became OBSESSED. Like yes his appearance itself is like a 7.5/8 but his stage presence, his singing talent, the way he carrys himself, ANDDDD his fashion sense just makes him the coolest!!!! This band has easily become apart of my fav bands list (now instead of just saying Nothing but Thieves, Asian Kung Fu Generation, and Nirvana I gotta include Buck-Tick). Fun fact, their name comes from a fun spelling of the japanese word for firecracker! And if you guys are soooo interested in them and need to know more about them, I am now a walking encyclopedia of knowledge about them (aka I wanna info dump on someone 🤪)]
